“WINology” – Innovative Program to Achieve Success From World Champion Athlete and International Speaker

Joel Scrivner’s 9-Step Program and Book Provide Fresh Perspective to Help Individuals and Leadership Teams Achieve Greatness in Business and Life

February, 2016 (Dallas, TX) — What does a former World Champion martial artist turned corporate performance coach, author, pastor and international speaker know about winning in life? A lot. Joel Scrivner learned early on as a teen that he could apply the discipline and desire to win that he’d acquired through his martial arts training towards other aspects of his life – at that time it was achieving a passing grade in a Spanish class. Scrivner got the passing grade, but more than that, this experience became the foundation for what would later develop into a game-changing way to approach winning in all aspects of life. A survivor of the loss of his 18-month-old daughter O’Neal to brain cancer, he used this approach to help overcome one of his biggest life struggles and knew it could help in leading others on a path towards personal betterment as well.

Scrivner’s book, “WINology – World Class Performance“, examines how and why some people achieve great success in their lives, and why some don’t. Using numerous examples from his personal and professional journey to success – and from world-class athletes, politicians, motivational speakers, and other well-renowned successful individuals, WINology is a systematic study of the art and science of winning.

WINology introduces a step-by-step program that teaches how to break down the science behind winning and learn how to think and act like winners. Scrivner’s strategies can be tailored to fit any individual – from stay-at-home parents, coaches, entrepreneurs to leadership teams and sales departments wanting to reach their greatest potential. While helping to improve personal performance, the book’s dual-purpose is to also help improve personnel performance. Readers will learn how to identify their passions and skills, unlock hidden abilities and embark on a journey to achieve their personal, professional, and relationship goals.

“When winning becomes your life’s identity, everything changes.”

Scrivner has spent his life coaching students, individuals, and organizational leaders how to unlock their hidden potential and implement permanent, life-changing strategies. As a 6th degree black belt, former six-time national and four-time world champion martial artist (As well as a member of Team USA representing the Global TaeKwonDo Federation for 5 years), he’s been able to harness his knowledge and discipline along with his faith, and use them to help others elevate their true potential.

Upcoming WINology Speaking Engagements:

Monday, February 15th, 1:00PM at Collin County Juvenile Correctional Facility

Wednesday, February 17th, 9:00AM at Keane Landscaping (Sales Team Training)

Friday, February 19th, 3:00PM at Texas Job Corps Graduation

Monday, March 21st, 9:30AM at Drees Homes (Sales Team Training)

The Culmination of Months of Planning By Music Industry Heavyweights Will Bring IndiMusic to Stops Along This Year’s Tour and Into 30 Million Homes with Interviews, Exclusives, and All Things WARPED

February, 2016 (Long Island, NY) — With the dates for this year’s 2016 Vans Warped Tour announced this past December with stops beginning in Anchorage, AK June 22nd and ending August 13th in Portland, OR, it’s been announced that IndiMusic TV – the #1 Worldwide Independent Music Video TV Channel and Social Network dedicated to the independent musician – will be coming along for the ride! As preparation for this year’s tour is underway with the Artist & Band announcements, ticket info and further specifics coming in March, IndiMusic and Warped Tour staff have been vigorously planning the details to the collaboration. The partnership is set to include sponsorship, interview and behind the scenes segments, and a ton of exciting content delving into the core of the longest running touring music festival in North America!

IndiMusic TV was originally founded in 2004 as a “go to” music video website and then launched as a half hr TV show in 2008 in the NY tri-state area on the independent TV Network WLNY TV10/55. It garnered instant popularity as it was the only game in town to launch, market and expose new indie Music Videos on traditional TV. After three successful seasons, IndiMusic TV broadened their horizons by launching a worldwide mobile TV network partnering with Yamgo TV, a mobile TV start up in the UK. In September 2012, IndiMusic TV launched as the first 24-7 independent only Worldwide Music Video TV channel and Musician Social Network.

They are now the exclusive place to go to see syndicated episodes of A&E’s Emmy Award winning “Private Sessions” which features former VH1 VJ Lynn Hoffman sitting down with world renowned artists like Maroon 5, Gene Simmons of KISS and Bon Jovi to name a few (airing Thursdays at 9PM EST). Lynn is also the current “face of the franchise” at IndiMusic TV, as host of their widely popular weekly “Top 21 Countdown”. Plus, IndiMusic TV also boasts former FUSE VJ Juliya Chernetsky who spends time hosting shows and events on a regular basis for the company, as well. Juliya introduces many of the Video Block segments 24/7.

The site was founded by Chris Pati, who’s had an incredible amount of success as a Solo Artist and Label Owner outside of being the Founder and Visionary behind IndiMusic TV. Pati has had over a dozen top 20 Billboard hits, and has worked as a Producer with a wide variety of famed talents including Rebbie Jackson, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Inductees The Isley Brothers, World renowned bass player Bakithi Kumalo of Paul Simon’s “Graceland”, Peter Noone of Herman’s Hermits, and some of the biggest record labels in the world including Atlantic Records, Universal, Warner Bros, Capitol, Universal and many more. A musical prodigy in his own right, he began at 5 years old playing piano, guitar, bass and drums, and established himself as a multi-instrumentalist by age eight. Chris was honored by Berry Gordy (former President of Motown Records) who called on him to arrange and perform an impromptu medley of “America the Beautiful” and “Lift Up Your Hearts And Voices” for opera star and actress N’kenge at President Obama’s 2009 Inaugural Ball among such noted musicians as Bon Jovi, Josh Groban, Jordan Sparks, Peter Frampton, and Smokey Robinson.

Pati recently expressed his excitement for the partnership, saying “I couldn’t be more pleased or think of a better partnership than for IndiMusic TV to align with Vans Warped Tour. We have the same mission: To expose great new talent to the marketplace and put that talent in front of an engaged audience. Vans Warped Tour has been the Marquee, Flagship Tour brand for over 2 decades nationally and I am thrilled and excited to help expand the tour’s footprint to the truly global, loyal audience IndiMusic TV has garnered. Kevin Lyman has been (and always will be) a mentor, visionary and major force on the leading edge of the Music Business and this partnership is a perfect fit…and a great cumulative force for emerging and established Artists as well as the Music Business overall!!!”

The Warped Tour was created in 1995 by visionary Kevin Lyman who – after working on events that paired skateboarding competitions with live music – decided to create a national (and later worldwide) tour, pairing extreme sports with live punk music. The first tour began June 21 at the Idaho Center in Boise, Idaho, ending August 18 in Detroit. Guitarist, Singer, and Producer Joey Sykes Releases “Classic New Rock” Album After Successful IndieGoGo Campaign

Latest Release Packed With Catchy, Pop-Driven Modern Rock Tunes With Twist of Hard Classic Rock Nostalgia

Los Angeles, CA (February, 2016) — After a successful IndieGoGo campaign that helped fund the creation of his brand new album Classic New Rock, prominent guitarist, singer/songwriter and producer Joey Sykes  (guitarist for THE BABYS) has officially released the thirteen-track gem combining his talents with a myriad of guest musicians, including drummers Kenny Aronoff (John Fogerty, John Mellencamp), Josh Freese (DEVO, The Replacements, Perfect Circle), Tony Brock (The BABYS, Rod Stewart), Nate Morton (house drummer on THE VOICE), and more. Having had a great deal of success in the music industry performing with the likes of Bryan Adams, Paul Stanley, Eurythmics, Don Henley, and John Entwistle of “The Who” just to name a few, Sykes began his road to stardom with the band Coward, whose self-titled debut album on Elektra Records saw the band on MTV and Touring with Third Eye Blind in the late 1990’s. Now, having had such a great deal of success playing, writing and recording, and having his songs placed in over 30 Network TV shows like ABC’s “Nashville” and the WB’s “Everwood”, and feature film “Daddy Day Camp”, his new record is garnering praise from various music media outlets, along with the video for the first single “That’s American Life”.

With his time in Coward behind him, Sykes continued in stride as he moved from New York to California (where he currently resides) and played with Capitol Recording Artist Tommy Henriksen (Alice Cooper, Hollywood Vampires), and Meredith Brooks (“I’m A Bitch”).  With Meredith and her massive band – Herman Matthews on Drums (Tom Jones, Tower of Power, Kenny Loggins, Richard Marx), Will Hollis on keys (currently playing in the Eagles, Don Henley), and Mark Meadows on bass (Edgar Winter, John Waite), he was able to fulfill a lifelong dream playing the Madison Square Garden stage. Touring the US and Europe with Brooks, Sykes also had the opportunity to perform at the Staples Center, The Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, as well as appearing on many national TV broadcasts from the Top of the Pops in Germany to The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, and VH1’s Hard Rock Live in New York.

Having completed his new record Classic New Rock (released via Purple Virgo Records), Joey is more excited than ever. The sound and style of this album fuses classic rock influences with a modern rock sound. His songs are lyrically thoughtful with big, power pop hooks. Early magazine reviews say of the release: “There is a solid mix of different musical styles; some tracks are not unlike what you’d expect to find on an Elvis Costello or Big Star record, while others slow things down some, and some are more modern pop-rock driven. A surprise cover of The Raspberries’ “Go All the Way” is definitely a highlight as well. For this record, Sykes and his backing musicians definitely do a great job; this is an elite assortment of talent that are definitely up for the task at hand.”

As Sykes continues to build on his ever-growing resume as not only an incredible guitar player but a proven songwriter and producer, Classic New Rock is a true showing of his many talents! Hear it for yourself and get your copy today!
